One of the best Game Gear games IMO, A fast, responsive puzzle game where you have to paint every tile while shooting or avoiding enemies. Since it has 99(!) levels, it ramps up very slowly in interesting and cool ways, with appearing and disappearing tiles, ice, arrows, teleport etc.
If it wasn’t for the existence of Lemmings, this would easily be the best puzzler on the system. (It’s more commonly called Squeek)
Cart, case and manual in very good condition, box has some holes and tears (see pics). PAL Version.
