It’s one of those shooters that have an FMV background - this time you are fighting enemies within the human body, Inner Space style. The FMV part is handled very well as enemies can hide behind parts of it and you have to fit down arteries / veins etc without hitting obstacles. Good powerups too, but don’t expect it to be as involved as a traditional shoot em up.
